By using our software, whether ERP or Attendance systems, you are automatically agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use any UBK solution.
Access is granted only to registered users with valid login credentials.
Any attempt to access the system using incorrect, stolen, borrowed, or unauthorized credentials is strictly prohibited.
Only the users/institutions authorized by UBK ERP may access the software.
The following actions are strictly forbidden and may lead to immediate suspension, termination, and legal action:

Hacking or tampering with software or server security.
Misuse, duplication, or sharing of login credentials.
Attempting to bypass system controls or restrictions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
