We accept product returns under the following conditions:
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if a manufacturing defect is found.
Based on the nature of the defect, either the defective part or the full unit will be replaced.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including all accessories.
Any physical or incidental damage to the product or its packaging may result in partial deductions from the refund amount.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own expense.
Once the product is received, it will be inspected within 48–72 hours, and the refund process will begin if eligible.
Orders can be canceled only if the product has not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, if the item is received and remains unopened and unused, you may request a return and refund.
In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
The refund will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed via NEFT to your bank account.
Our team will contact you to collect the necessary bank details.
Refunds are initiated within 7 working days of approval.
